Military Cross 1st class

The rosette of the Military Cross First Class is a representative insignia worn on civilian attire as a substitute for the full-size decoration. Its discreet size makes it particularly suitable for daily wear or formal occasions where the large model is not worn.

The rosette is made of moiré ribbon in the official colours of the Military Cross: green with red edges. The ribbon is folded and fixed in the form of a small flower rosette, with a diameter of 8 mm, which clearly identifies it as First Class. This version follows the official specifications and is distinctly different from the Second Class, which does not include a rosette.
