Civil Cross 2nd class

The Civil Cross, Second Class, is a Belgian honour awarded in recognition of civil merit. This large model is produced in solid fine silver (.999) and faithfully follows the official specifications, making it a refined and prestigious version of the decoration.

The insignia consists of a Maltese cross in fine silver with white enamelled arms. The central medallion bears the monogram “L” (Leopold II) in silver on a white background. Laurel leaves in solid silver are set between the arms of the cross. The decoration is suspended from a solid fine silver ornamental connector, linking the cross to the ribbon.

The decoration is attached to a moiré ribbon in red with black stripes, the traditional colours of the Belgian Civil Decorations.
