Knight Order of Leopold II

The miniature of the Knight grade of the Order of Leopold II is a small version of this Belgian insignia. This model is crafted in silvered metal, finished with enamel.

The miniature cross is made of silvered metal, featuring at its centre a black enamelled medallion with the gilded Belgian lion in relief. The surrounding dark blue enamel ring bears the national motto in French: “L’UNION FAIT LA FORCE”. The insignia is surmounted by a silvered royal crown.

The miniature is suspended from a blue moiré ribbon with a central black stripe.
