Knight Order of Leopold II

The miniature of the Knight grade of the Order of Leopold II is a refined representation of this Belgian insignia. This version is made of solid fine silver (.999) and differs from the standard silvered metal version by its precious metal base and superior refinement. Finished with enamel.

The miniature cross is crafted in fine silver, featuring at its centre a black enamelled medallion with the Belgian lion in relief. The surrounding dark blue enamel ring bears the national motto in French: “L’UNION FAIT LA FORCE”. The insignia is surmounted by a silver royal crown.

The miniature is suspended from a blue moiré ribbon with a central black stripe.
